Oro Loma Sanitary District Rebranding
When a survey found that some in the community didn’t know about the services they provided, Oro Loma Sanitary District set out to change that. They have embarked on a program to educate their customers, community, and staff about the importance of their services, and the expertise and commitment with which they are delivered. A brand update has been included in this process.
With a goal to simplify, update, and reinforce the brand message of customer service, we designed new materials and updated existing ones for Oro Loma. A refresh for the logo, newsletter, brochures, PowerPoint, event exhibit, and other materials have been a part of the program.
