Before we created a new look for Altair Technologies, we researched the company to learn more about its core strengths. Our goal was to uncover the brand that the company's customers see and respond to. We weren't creating a new brand but instead looking for information about why Altair's current customers are committed to doing business with the company.
The Altair management and staff felt that it was their technical skill at brazing. What did we find?

We saw that the company's original website presented the company's product and services in a very straightforward way but it stood short of selling the company's most valuable product -- its highly praised engineering staff.
